I was extremely happy with the service. Following onfrom my initial query, Brian Daly was very thorough in drawing up a quote tomatch my requirements.

I have since called into the Finglas branch, again wastreated very well, given some great advice in my design, choice of doors,maintenance of the work surface, extractor fan, fitting, etc, and I purchased akitchen this morning from Bryan and Neil!

I will be a returning customer, and will be very vocalin recommending Noyeks to others! I also looked at Ikea, In-House, Kube, B&Q, however Noyeks quality, know-how and value for money was far superiorto the rest.

I am happy to say that I was extremely satisfied with how my request was dealt with.
I had been enquiring about some sinks and taps as I was changing around my kitchen worktop and decided to change the sink in the process. Your sales rep was extremely helpful and as a result I went ahead and instructed our craftsman who was doing the work to purchase a "Pepper" Tap and Round Sink and matching Drainer which have been fitted.
They look amazing in place and the better half is delighted with both the quality of the products and more importantly the price we were charged.

We have recently purchased an oak shaker kitchen from yourselves and have found the service excellent.

Return calls were made when promised, the staff in the warehouse were always obliging, as were the counter staff.

The delivery was 3 weeks later, exactly as I requested and the follow up on my calls arranging the delivery was exceptional ...

"Joe Costello has been dealing with my request and has been extremely helpful. In the first instance he called me in response to the e-mail request that I had submitted and he also followed up with an email response confirming items discussed in our conversation. Any further information that I was looking for was provided within a day of the request.

I have been looking for the same information from other suppliers and have been shocked at the non response to any request for information or indeed prices for materials. It would seem that most suppliers either have monkeys checking their e-mails or are doing so well in sales that any email request is just seen as a nuisance.

My request for information was in respect to WBP plywood and I am delighted at the information and prices provided to me. I had recently purchased some "Certified" 12mm WBP from a supplier in Limerick. Having had it cut down into smaller parts I was appalled at the quality and could not believe that someone could honestly have certified the material as suitable for purpose.
